To support our strategic growth, we are looking for an VE Office Assistant in Vehicle Engineering Department as an administrative support. You will be handling office material, preparing presentations, keeping track of meeting minutes, provide support to SE-team-leaders and VE-team for the creation and managing of all administrative tasks related to project execution and much more.  Work Tasks & Responsibilities:

o Document preparation for quotation

o Support for product management data entry

o Support for resource planning for project need

o Handling the office material on the department level

o Preparing presentations

o Keeping track of meeting minutes

o Handling the business trips, conferences… (an interface with a person who does the actual hotel and trip planning)

o Translation of some simple documents

o Generating emails and announcements when appropriate

o Providing real-time scheduling support by booking appointments and preventing conflicts

o Being a point of contact for a range of staff and external stakeholders

o Finding ways to improve administrative processes

Required knowledge & skills:

o Excellent knowledge of English & Croatian language

o Proficient MS Office skills

o Highly structured way of working and documenting

o Good interpersonal skills

o Team worker & people person

o Self-motivated and hardworking individual

o Good problem solving skills.

o Good communication skills.

o Attention to detail.

o Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
