We are looking for an experienced and resourceful Business Development Manager. You will have the opportunity to work with some of the best automotive companies in the world, developing new extremely exciting projects with our current and future clients. As a Business Development Manager, you will be at the forefront of growing and steering the company. Coordinating clients requirements and wishes (which they are not always sure about) together with an incredible internal team is not easy but it pushes you to be creative and persistent. You will be able to see the results very fast, both on the company level and in your personal growth. Understanding the fast-changing EV market, trends and opportunities is a must for this position. Your ultimate motivation should be solving the challenges of our customers, whether it's the head of engineering in a famous supercar company or the purchasing officer in a premium luxury brand.

1. Responsibilities


  • Creation and execution of a sales strategy leveraging internal resources and relationships
  • Screen potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials; evaluating options; resolving internal priorities
  • Gather different B2B leads at events, conferences and auto shows
  • Identify potential clients, and the decision makers within the client organization
  • Participate in pricing the solution/service
  • Develop negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new venture with company strategies and operations; examining risks and potentials; estimating partners' needs and goals
  • Close new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations
  • Present new products and services and enhance existing relationships
  • Work with technical staff and other internal colleagues to meet customer needs
  • Arrange and participate in internal and external client debriefs
  • Work with marketing staff to ensure that prerequisites (like prequalification or getting on a vendor list) are fulfilled within a timely manner
  • Develop and maintain personal knowledge of priority sectors; market trends and routes to market for improved effectiveness within a sales support function
  • Create business plans and manage financial assessments
  • Monitor all international business transactions and anticipate any problems
  • Develop overhead, capital and new business acquisition expenditure requirements
  • Act as the primary contact for customer inquiries, general correspondence, requests for technical and pricing data, and other business transactions
  • Support expanding company presence in other regions through establishing sales offices abroad
  • Supports optimization of fulfillment process


2. Requirements


  • Minimum 5+ year of relevant experience in Sales, B2B & Project Management
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
  • Experience of working in the international environment
  • Good understanding of the fast-changing EV market, trends and opportunities
  • Ability to develop and foster relationships
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, persuasion and closing skills
  • Strong judgment and decision-making capabilities
  • Self-starter and multi-task oriented
  • Proficient in MS Office & CRM software
  • Drive for continuous learning
