  We are currently looking for a Composites Coordinator in the Production Department at Rimac Automobili. As a Composites Coordinator you will be responsible for organization and supervision of Composite Department including Composites Tooling Development, Composites Production and Carpentry. 

Main work tasks & responsibilities:

• Responsible for organization and supervision of Composite Department including Composites Tooling Development, Composites Production and Carpentry

• Prioritising and managing workload to meet the company objectives

• Providing supervision, direction and support to Team Leaders

• Ensuring a safe, clean and environmentally compliant work environment

• Working close with Quality Department to design, implement and monitor quality awareness

• Defining the process of designing and production of moulds (prototype production)

• Planning and procurement of materials

• Maintaining inventory and replenishment of all production supplies

• Identifying and eliminating problems in the production process

• Responsible for ERP implementation at department level

• Providing routine status reports on progress according to project milestones

• Leading continuous improvement for the department

• Supervising production documentation

• Participating in negotiations with external suppliers

• Responsible for training, evaluating, and reviewing team members, as well as disciplining and terminating if needed

• Estimating personnel needs as well as participating in recruitment process

Required skills and competencies:

• Experience in a high rate manufacturing environment preferred

• Composites experience preferred

• Experience in managing 20+ people
