To support our strategic growth through, we are looking for an HR Business Partner to join our company. This role will be a key point of contact to several of our business departments and take part in HR process and project management too.

1. Responsibilities

    • Act as first point of contact and trusted advisor to assigned business departments
    • Resolve complex employee relations issues through effective work with internal and external stakeholders
    • Take part in necessary HR administration with regards to contracts, compensation and other related topics
    • Contribute to the building and maintenance of an organization-wide overall HR strategy
    • Monitor assigned business departments, observe training and hiring needs and contribute to talent development and succession planning
    • Create and implement new HR processes and projects, and enhance existing practices

2. Requirements

    • Bachelors or higher degree
    • 3-5 years of experience in the HR field, preferable as a Business Partner or Generalist
    • Excellent communication skills in Croatian and English
    • Good understanding of the Croatian labor law
