Main Responsibilities:


  • Daily administration of NDAs, meetings, travels etc
  • Responsibility for producing  quotes and proposals
  • Arranging of necessary documentation for R&D departments and organizing handing over to Project Manager
  • Structuring and updating of all B2B promotional materials
  • Post sales process and communication with clients after delivery
  • Timely monitoring of client satisfaction
  • Updating and upgrading of CRM
  • Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials; evaluating options; resolving internal priorities
  • Gathering of different b2b leads on events, conferences and auto shows
  • Identify potential clients, and the decision makers within the client organization
  • Participate in pricing the solution/service
  • Work with technical staff and other internal colleagues to meet customer needs
  • Arrange and participate in internal and external client debriefs
  • Work with marketing staff to ensure that prerequisites (like prequalification or getting on a vendor list) are fulfilled within a timely manner
